If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned in the original package within 7 days after you receive it.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

    • The product can be returned within 7 days after you receive it.
    • The product is in its original packaging.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
    • We will email you the instructions for return the package.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

If your order is damaged we require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. With highly suggest using return shipping with tracking to ensure your return is returned to us. 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shop Kultivate is no longer liable once your package shows as delivered to the address the customer provides.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping charges

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered.

 Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@modavidaboutique.com

Disclaimer: Please note that Moda Vida Boutique is not responsible for delivery schedule and cannot guarantee your item will be received within the estimated delivery timeframe. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery.

    • Cancellation Policy

      Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

      Country Restrictions: We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains a shipping address within a country to which we do not ship.
